4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 (five hundred taka) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, processing may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete or if there is suspicious activity on the account.

4.4 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that deposited funds come from their own legitimate sources. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is identified, the withdrawal will be cancelled and the original amount will be returned.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200; or if you deposit ৳34,000 or more you will receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met. fg77's wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount, and it applies only to the bonus amount — not to the total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

If any user attempts to abuse the bonus system (for example, by creating multiple accounts or using irregular strategic betting patterns), the bonus on that account will be cancelled and winnings may be forfeited.

5.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, fg77 may offer various promotional offers. Specific terms will apply to each promotion and will be published on that promotion's page. General bonus terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

6.1 Fair Play

fg77 operates on a fair play policy. All games are run through technology that produces fair and random outcomes. If any user attempts to hack the system or illegally influence game results, their account will be closed immediately.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, the bet for that round will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned. If an incorrect payout is made due to an error, fg77 reserves the right to reclaim it.
